When Will It Arrive?   Rapid Delivery Available

During the lockdown period our site is only showing items ready for delivery. If you place an order on line we will contact you as soon as we are in the warehouse [Monday to Saturday] .  We will confirm a suitable delivery for you. We expect items to be ready the next day (Not Sundays) but you can arrange for us to hold on to units if that is better for you. 

Our system will only allow deliveries to postcodes inside our regular local delivery route.

We are a Family run business and although the guides below tell you how a normal delivery happens, we try to accommodate most requests.

Making rules and having tick boxes just doesn't work for our customers or us.

"I've got to collect the kids at.."       "Can you put the old unit in my car?"   and    "I think I will want to swap the door"  -   Can all be dealt with by a phone call.

When to Telephone !

You can leave a message 24hrs a day. If we are out delivering or busy with another customer we will pick up the message as soon as possible .
If you want to talk with us then we've normally had enough Tea or Coffee by just before 9am and even when we are out on the road the calls can be diverted to our mobiles at no extra cost to you.

We normally switch the answerphone on just after we close the door at the shop at night. Ring anyway... we may just be chatting about the fun we had that day.

Installation

Take the worry and stress out of getting your new item up and running.
You can choose the installation service to suit your needs.

 A standard TV Installation Includes:

Unpack the boxes, checking the items and assembly of your TV onto its stand (or any stand or table you already have)
Connection of the TV to a nearby power point and to the aerial socket using the existing cables or those that came supplied with the set.
Connection and adjustment of your TV with up to 3 other items -these could be your DVD player, set-top box or satellite system, using the cables that came supplied or cables you already have at home.
Tune your TV to receive terrestrial digital TV  (Freeview)
Give you a demonstration of how your new TV and remote control work.
If you want us to remove your old items there is recycling charge – Please see the table below.
Please check that..
We have clear access to the area you want your new appliance installed and that it will fit into the space. If stairs are involved that there is room to manoeuvre the appliance.
That there is a suitable electrical connection within 1.5 metres of the required location.

A standard Laundry Installation Includes:

Pearsons Staff will check that the existing electrical and plumbing connections are safe to use, and are suitable with the new appliance.
We will un-box and check the new product  then disconnect the old appliance
We remove the transit bolts, connect your appliance to a suitable mains water supply within 1.5 metres of your product and then connect to an existing electrical socket.
The waste hose will be connected to suitable spigot, down pipe or existing extended waste connections. Please note most waste pipes are designed to be connected almost directly behind the unit.
Many appliances have the facility to accommodate minor unevenness of the floor. Pearsons team will adjust the unit where possible to level the appliance.
Final checks will be made to confirm normal  working and operation.
If you purchase our removal and recycling service we'll also take your old device away.

Built in installion Service

We can offer full delivery and installation service for Built in appliances!
Before ordering your new product we will need as much detail as possible about the existing product it is replacing including exact measurements of device and space it is going into.
If you are not able or confident in doing this yourself we can offer a full measuring service. This includes us visiting your house, measuring the space you have and checking the electrical and plumbing connection. We will charge £40 for this service. you can redeem this against the value of your new purchase.
Please contact us for more information, a quote or to arrange a ‘measure up’ visit.
*Please note we are not plumbers or joiners so we can only install to existing fittings as long as they are safe and correct. If you need anything drilling or sawing you will need to hire a joiner at your own expense (we have arrange a special deal with a local kitchen fitter for Kick Boards, Doors Etc £40 - We can also recommend other good local tradesmen),  We do not offer gas installations these need to be done by a 'gas safe' installer.

Built in - Self install

If you are getting a new kitchen and have your own fitter or wish to install it yourself. We can supply goods on a delivery only basis. We can normally offer a great price when buying more than one item and save you a great deal when buying several!
You must ensure you order the correct product as we will not be responsible for taking back/exchanging the product, or providing a refund.
If it won’t fit or is the wrong appliance as a result of information you provided in ordering it from us.
Please contact us for details of a trade account if you are a kitchen fitter and wish to use our appliances.


We offer a lower price installation and recycle service than the national companies because of the LOCAL nature of our customers.
