Register your new appliance to get the most out of your warranty

Most new electrical appliances come with a 12-month warranty, but we strongly recommend registering your new product with the manufacturer. This often unlocks extra cover options, and the registration window is usually 28 days after purchase, although some manufacturers allow longer. Please see the warranty card that came with your appliance for more details.

Registering your appliance is not required by Pearsons TV, but without it, we may not be able to offer you the expected level of service. You may have to pay for repairs that would otherwise be free, especially for cover beyond 12 months.

To register your appliance, you will typically need the following information:

• Your title, given name, and family name
• Your house number, road name, county, and postcode
• For security and to allow you to log back into your account, you may be asked for your date of birth and chosen identity
• The make, model (FD number), and serial number of your appliance, which are printed on the unit
• The date of purchase from your receipt
• An email address and/or telephone number
• Some manufacturers require a photo of the box or unit serial number and a photo of the receipt
